Man chassis delivered, pickup was quick, and coffee was offered. Friendly service.
I was there with my MAN motorhome and received prompt assistance. The problem was fixed, I paid the bill, and continued on my journey. However, after a week, the same problem occurred again, this time in Italy. It was too far to drive back for warranty service. The problem was fixed again, but according to the mechanic, ABAG hadn't done a good job, and I continued on my way again, receiving another bill. I contacted ABAG to request a partial refund for the substandard work, but they were unsportsmanlike. A shame for such a nice company.
We thank Bruno and his ABAG for the excellent service, the prompt workshop appointments, and excellent advice. It's great to have such a top supplier on our side. Thanks.
