Une expérience étrange pour un nouveau client. Devoir peser du verre, du papier, des canettes et de la ferraille est nouveau pour moi. Dans les autres centres de recyclage régionaux, c'est gratuit. Donc, je doute que je revienne.

Malheureusement, je suis très choqué par le manque d'amabilité et de professionnalisme avec lequel j'ai été traité en tant que nouveau client. Je ne connais pas Brings, même si j'ai l'application, on ne m'a rien expliqué sur le fonctionnement du processus, etc. On ne m'a même pas parlé ; J'ai été pratiquement ignoré. J’ai donc pris l’initiative et j’ai parlé à quelqu’un qui est resté là pendant 10 minutes, prêtant à peine attention à moi. Après cela, on m'a dit, sans enthousiasme, de prendre un chariot, d'y charger mes déchets, puis de les peser. Je voulais trouver une nouvelle déchetterie car l'ancienne ne me satisfaisait pas... mais je ne sais pas trop quoi penser de Brings.
