J'ai récemment loué la voiture chez Enterprise et l'expérience a été bonne. J'ai souscrit une assurance complète, donc il n'y a eu aucune réclamation. De plus, je fais la réservation depuis leur bureau de Kloten Balsberg. Il se trouve à seulement 1 km du bureau de Zurich et vous pouvez économiser 100 CHF en ne payant pas les frais supplémentaires d'aéroport.
Ne leur louez jamais de voiture. J'ai réservé une jeep Cherokee et ils m'ont donné une Renault défectueuse avec des roues endommagées. Ils vous ont arnaqué. Leurs voitures sont défectueuses, aucune aide. Pas de service, pas de réponse. Si vous souhaitez embaucher chez eux, embauchez à vos propres risques. Il est préférable d'utiliser les transports en commun. J'ai embauché chez eux après 2 jours de service allumé, j'avais des photos et des vidéos et ils m'ont dit de changer de véhicule à différents endroits et en faisant du bruit et après mon dépôt, ils ont pris l'argent de votre compte sans raison.
Je tiens à féliciter la jeune femme, Dolma, qui était au comptoir du ZRH le jeudi 22 janvier 2026. Mon vol avait presque 2 heures de retard. Elle s'était déjà arrêtée pour la nuit. Quand je suis arrivé et qu'elle a réalisé à quel point j'étais désespéré, elle a démarré le système et a tout fait si rapidement et efficacement que je n'aurais pas à payer de supplément pour un service après minuit. Elle m'a remis les clés à 23h57. Excellent travail Dolma et merci beaucoup.
I have been using Enterprise for a few years now and every single time the experience has been great. They have amazing cars in good condition and the staff is very friendly. One of the staff members Monica was very helpful. As we were using Enterprise for a while she also gave us an upgrade. I highly recommend Enterprise for renting out cars.
Car Rental at Alamo – Geneva Airport, Switzerland I want to warn everyone about the scam this rental company is doing to its customers!! In my case, I received a car in July 2025 with scratches on the wheels, and these damages were already mentioned in the check-in report. Even so, I made a video and took photos confirming these damages. Because the car pick-up location at Geneva Airport was dark and narrow, I recorded the evidence immediately after leaving the parking area. The rental company did not accept my evidence and is now charging me around 700 CHF for damages that already existed on the car. I want to alert everyone not to rent cars from this company (Alamo) — the charge is unfair and shows a complete lack of ethics toward customers!
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. We rented a car a month ago and before checking with the client, they charged us a fee of 2000 CHF for damages in the car, when we'd reported personally to their employees and via the app, the day we picked up the car. We called to the number that is online, and you end up talking to a machine that's says you should claim through their online help desk. We initiated 3 different tickets on this website, and we didn't have an answer, not even per e-mail . After a month, I presented myself on their customer desk (if you would call it like that), and as you can see in the photos, there was nobody to answer. I began looking for their employees until I found them in the parking lot. No employee could help me, they told me there's no one responsible for customer service. Finally, I've decided I will take legal action on the swiss subsidiary Helvetic Motion AG and their branding company, which is Enterprise. Really, there is no company I've dealt in my whole life with this kind of lack of service. Total scam, do not hire this company!!!
