SWISS Business Lounge E — Zurich Airport, ZUR Gates E, Flughafenstrasse, 8058 Kloten, Switzerland

Le personnel était gentil et accueillant. La nourriture était très moyenne pour un salon d'affaires. La sélection d'alcool était fantastique. Le salon est bien plus grand qu'il n'y paraît. Très propre. J'y étais vendredi soir et il y avait largement assez de sièges vides. Les douches étaient super et très propres. La seule raison pour laquelle je ne donne pas une note de 5 étoiles est la nourriture moyenne. Si vous êtes un passionné d’aviation, les vues sur les avions sont plus que spectaculaires. Même depuis les WC.

Un salon moyen mais pratique pour ceux qui partent des portes E. Très difficile de trouver suffisamment d'espace. Un point positif était l'espace en plein air où l'on pouvait observer les avions. Nourriture très moyenne

La sélection de plats est limitée, mais le salon est très propre et le personnel est généralement sympathique. Il y a aussi un balcon avec une belle vue où vous pouvez regarder les avions décoller, ce qui ajoute une touche agréable. Ils ont aussi un bar à whisky, mais malheureusement, le personnel du bar n'était pas aussi agréable que le reste.

The SWISS Business Lounge E at Zurich Airport offers a comfortable and spacious setting, but the overall experience feels average for a flagship lounge. The seating areas are pleasant, with panoramic runway and mountain views, but the food selection is quite limited, with only a small variety of hot and cold dishes. While the drinks and coffee options are adequate, the overall dining choices fall short compared to other international business lounges. Service is polite but not particularly attentive, with minimal interaction from staff. While convenient for long-haul departures, the lounge could benefit from a more extensive menu and warmer hospitality.

The Travel Hunter

You can access this lounge from Gate E, which is past security and passport control for deprtures from non-Schengen areas. It’s a beautifully-designed bright and airy lounge with the best open air observation deck I’ve seen. Well-staffed and clean with dedicated areas for relaxing, working, and napping. In addition to a variety of prepared foods, there is an operating kitchen where your order is prepared in front of you. Excellent wine selection, two beers on tap, and even an ice cream fridge.

Staff at counter are putting very minimal effort for customer service. Both staff and supervisor rejected us stating that we don’t have access despite asking for them to check communication from the airline. Only when the duty manager came to show the email for access then the supervisor tried to give excuses and said she’s busy and didn’t check the email. Being in customer service line is putting in effort and not waiting for it to be served instead. The lounge itself was acceptable and the staff in there were friendly but first impression still matters.
