Mon email a été piraté, j'ai écrit le support et Microsoft n'a rien fait. J'attends depuis une semaine et je ne reçois toujours pas d'assistance car Microsoft ne fait pas son travail. J'ai acheté Minecraft sur ce compte. Je donnerais moins d'étoiles si c'était possible.

Ils n'ont pas pu résoudre ma requête et m'ont dit d'appeler Microsoft France, ils ont oublié de m'informer que c'était un numéro FACTURÉ et j'ai dû payer 44 chf pour un appel téléphonique de 20 minutes, tout cela pour ne pas résoudre mon problème

Since Microsoft double charged me for a purchase by error, and the bank couldn't help me without a clearing code from Microsoft, I tried calling. Only French and German language offered, but I could see on the website where it was and that it was open. So I took the 45 minutes drive to them, only to find a paper note on a locked door stating Closed during covid. Why not put that on the website? I called again from the car, finally found someone who spoke English (barely) and got an arrogant lecture that my bank was wrong. I called the bank back and they alerted their special team. Will see if I get my money back. I have been here before, twice, invited for special events. Both times were a 2-3 star only. Microsoft as a company and their products would be 4 to 5 stars from me, but the Swiss office, sorry, that's a joke.
