PRUDENCE!!! J'ai acheté une NOUVELLE camionnette qui avait une fuite d'eau que j'ai remarquée avant même de quitter leur magasin. J'ai attendu des heures pour qu'il soit "réparé", ce qui n'était pas le cas. Service après-vente médiocre et désagréable au téléphone. Évite d'accepter la responsabilité, cite la direction "chaque nouveau véhicule qui quitte notre atelier a une sorte de problème" M. Kaufmann. Réparations facturées - peu couvertes par la garantie.

Good day everyone We got advice from your team about caravans at the Autumn Fair 2021 in Bern. They were very competent. We reordered for autumn 2022. It took a lot longer, of course 😄 From Knaus... Delivery in February 2023. Excellent introduction by the workshop manager... They thought of everything! Since I completely renovated a motorhome myself in 2011, I know all about the pitfalls of millimeters, grams, vibrations, etc. After a 4-day test in rough terrain, I can say: I AM 98% SATISFIED. And the 2% is cosmetic fuss on my part. EVERYTHING works as it should, as ordered. The kids are happy with their own beds, and I'm having fun with the Moovers. 😜 We thank the team for all their services and the pre-assembly of the 4 support brackets for the walls...
