Séminaire "Du temps pour moi" Pour moi, ce fut un séminaire passionnant et varié. J'ai pu explorer et approfondir les sujets avec facilité et avec un sentiment d'appartenance. Les temps de cours et de pause étaient bien équilibrés et me laissaient « du temps pour moi ». Le lieu du cours à Wasserfallen était très idyllique. Le rappel de rémanence m'est utile pour me connecter aux sujets du cours et approfondir ma compréhension.

J'ai participé à la retraite de cinq jours « Time for Myself ». Cette pause m'a été très utile pour réfléchir sur ma situation actuelle. Les différentes activités de groupe nous ont permis d’approfondir nos propres sujets et nous avons bénéficié d’un excellent encadrement. De bons documents écrits ont été fournis. J'avais beaucoup de temps libre pour mes propres besoins. La communication non violente selon Marshall Rosenberg a été activement intégrée et j'ai pu approfondir ma compréhension. Je recommande fortement cette retraite!
