Je viens toujours au centre d'impression de Rigi pour de petits travaux d'impression. L'équipe est très sympathique et gère même ces travaux avec un haut niveau d'orientation client.
J'avais un besoin urgent d'imprimer un document et je me suis spontanément arrêté à l'imprimerie. J'ai pu facilement AirDrop le PDF et reçu une impression de haute qualité. Malheureusement, je n'avais avec moi que le paiement numérique, qui n'est pas encore accepté, et je n'avais pas d'argent liquide sur moi. Ils ont renoncé aux frais sans aucun problème. Une entreprise très sympathique et arrangeante.

My request for a PDF print job, sent as an email to Druckcenter am Rigi AG after midnight, was answered immediately that same night with the promise that the order would be completed as soon as possible once the PDF was available. I sent it that same night and found a friendly email in my inbox the next morning confirming that the order was complete and that I could pick it up at any time. I have rarely experienced such prompt, friendly, and customer-oriented service in my life. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Druckcenter am Rigi AG. Unfortunately, we will probably never understand why a proof print is charged when, firstly, a print order was placed (for the final product), and secondly, because it was a problem with the printer's color quality and not a "mistake" on the part of the client. It's a shame; we would have gladly supported a local business, but this is unacceptable!
