The company claims to be a 24/7 taxi company... However, I've now realized that this can't work, as I've needed a taxi twice in the past (the first time a while ago and the second time recently) and have called the number to no avail. No one answered the phone! Not even after calling three times. So I had to resort to another company. Unfortunately, I wouldn't call that reliable and 24/7.
