Schloss Kyburg — Schloss 1, 8314 Kyburg, Switzerland

Vraiment l'un des châteaux les mieux conservés. Accessible à pied depuis la gare de Winterthur par une bonne journée, mais gardez à l'esprit une randonnée raide à la fin. Le sentier pédestre est tellement beau. Le jardin est petit mais bien entretenu. Contrairement aux autres châteaux, tout ici est très accessible et palpable. De nombreuses activités à apprécier. Les enfants adoreraient certainement cette expérience. Vous pouvez prendre un bus pour retourner à la gare depuis un arrêt de bus juste devant le château.

We visited the castle as part of the 26 Summits hike. We had a lovely snack lunch there. Nice and interesting garden they have. Absolutely family friendly.

I liked the castle in general. I'm not sure if it's really worth it's price of 12 CHF but I do not regret visiting it. It's not big but there were not too many people. However, there were no English translation. They have a TV where you can listen about the castle in English (+German, Italian, French) but that's all. No English translation for the items description, so it was a little bit boring to wander in rooms and have no idea what it's all about those labels.
