Emplacement pratique, personnel sympa
Nice stuff! 🎉 …
I ordered a piece of furniture 1.5 months ago and inquired twice whether it had arrived. The third time, they said it had been canceled 😂 Pure chaos at this branch, and it's so frustrating when you actually order something and it doesn't work out. At five different branches, it says they have one piece of furniture in stock, but when you actually go there, you have to order it because it's not true 😂👍 And if you look closely at the furniture, it's really terribly assembled in the store. Maybe you should hire a good carpenter 🫣
I'm a regular customer at this branch. Unlike some other reviewers, I haven't had any bad experiences so far. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I've even been offered assistance carrying my groceries to my car on several occasions. Orders and returns have never been a problem. I've also received proactive help when checking stock levels at other branches. I've overheard a few conversations between customers and staff, and I'm constantly reminded that some customers can be extremely difficult, and you just can't please everyone. I do agree with some other reviewers on one point: you might have to wait a bit before someone appears. This can certainly be "problematic" for people who are always stressed. They've always apologized for the wait. And a simple, understanding "no problem" works wonders!
