Mauvais service client. J'ai quitté le Royaume-Uni avec ma machine qui fonctionnait bien. La machine a été envoyée là-bas pour un entretien et un petit travail de réparation il y a quelques mois et a de nouveau cessé de fonctionner. Aucune réponse à mes appels téléphoniques et aucun retour à mes emails. Je ne sais pas ce qui se passe avec ces gens. Mon café les a également déconseillés pour des raisons similaires.
Expérience décevante. J'ai acheté une Mina d'occasion chez ce revendeur officiel Dalla Corte en Suisse. Lors de ma deuxième visite, je n'ai pas réinspecté la machine avant de la récupérer. La machine était déjà emballée et prête à être transportée. J'ai entièrement fait confiance à ce revendeur officiel. Lorsque j'ai déballé la machine, j'ai découvert des défauts. Rogalla prétend que les défauts étaient dus au transport dans ma voiture. Ce n'est pas le cas. Depuis, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Réfléchissez à deux fois avant d'utiliser leurs services.

I highly recommend the course to everyone! For me, as a beginner, it was very helpful to be able to take in all the information and tips. Everything was explained very clearly, and I had the opportunity to test out many machines and mills to gain firsthand experience.
