If I could, I'd give it a negative rating. The perfect choice if you want to experience the worst and most overpriced vacation ever. I was promised a hotel 20 minutes from Dubai with a private transfer. The pictures in the magazine all looked good and beautiful, and even though the whole trip was a bit over budget, I agreed, assuming the woman knew what she was talking about. Well, I was wrong. When I arrived in Dubai, there was no private transfer, and I couldn't reach anyone on the emergency number either. Luckily, a man who was passing by the hotel anyway gave me a ride. And the hotel wasn't 20 minutes from the city, but a full two hours away. And the hotel wasn't by the sea as advertised, but in the middle of a small, very littered, noisy, and smelly town. The staff was incredibly unfriendly, the food was terrible, and the same three Christmas carols played nonstop. I tried to contact the woman by email while I was still there to request a transfer to another hotel, but she was unreachable. After a six-day ordeal, I was back at the travel agency to complain. The woman was incredibly unfriendly and refused to admit her mistake. So the moral of the story: never set foot in this establishment.
