Endroit parfait pour un court séjour. Très propre, pratique et confortable. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes avec des lits superposés, ce qui était très agréable. Il y a aussi une cuisine commune, un coin repas, une salle de séchage et une salle de lavage. Le meilleur, c'est la vue magnifique depuis le balcon.
Emplacement vraiment magnifique. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Des installations de cuisine relativement bonnes, mais les couteaux sont incroyablement émoussés, alors soyez prudent car cela peut être très dangereux à utiliser si vous ne faites pas attention. | Assez cher pour ce que c'est, mais c'est exactement à cela que ressemble la région.
J'ai vraiment adoré mon séjour au Valley Hostel et j'adorerais y retourner un jour. Un endroit tellement chaleureux et abordable à Lauterbrunnen ! Il se trouve à quelques pas de la gare principale et très proche des chutes de Staubbach, de la célèbre église et d'autres spots photo populaires. La salle de bain commune était parfaitement propre et ne présentait aucun problème. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, mais quand ils disent qu'elle ferme à 22 heures, ils le pensent vraiment. J'ai essayé de cuisiner un peu après 10 heures et la cuisinière s'est éteinte. La pièce était très chaleureuse. Même s'il faisait très froid dehors sur le balcon, à l'intérieur, c'était agréable et confortable. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été faciles et fluides. J'ai demandé à l'avance une chambre avec vue sur les chutes de Staubbach et ils ont vraiment exaucé mon souhait. La vue était parfaite. Quand je me suis réveillé le matin et que j'ai vu le paysage à couper le souffle depuis mon balcon, j'ai presque pleuré des larmes de joie. Expérience absolument incroyable!
One of the best hostels we stayed at in Europe! Perfectly located on the main street, close to the train station, restaurants, cafes, Coop supermarket, and the stunning Staubbach Falls. Super clean, well-organised, and very comfortable rooms with amazing mountain views. Friendly staff, easy check-in, and great facilities like laundry and kitchen. We’ll definitely be back!
Value for money accommodation. Near the station with a great view of the waterfall. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. They have washing and drying facilities for laundry and costs 5 fracs each. Avoid the breakfast. For 8 CHF it's not worth it. Better to cook your own or buy something at the near by COOP.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, I was debating whether to share my experience with the person at the reception (a man) who, because my English is not very good, had no patience with me at all from the first moment, interrupted me many times in the middle of what I was talking about and also raised his tone at me when I first arrived at the hostel and asked for the second time where the room where the luggage was located. Apart from the not very pleasant experience with this person (he is bald and I think he wears glasses), the rooms themselves are fine. There is a problem with the gas in the kitchen, a lot of people had trouble turning it on, but I come from the world of kitchen and food, so I was able to help them, this is not a joke, this is reality. The kitchen is very small but you can manage.
