Lors de la construction de la maison, nous avons commandé plusieurs bennes de toutes tailles et avons également dû éliminer de gros sacs. Le service était toujours excellent : à temps, livré exactement là où nous en avions besoin. Et s’ils n’en étaient pas sûrs, ils nous appelaient rapidement pour nous conseiller sur le meilleur placement. Le personnel au téléphone était toujours sympathique et serviable. Commander en ligne est également incroyablement simple – le formulaire aurait besoin d'être un peu rafraîchi, mais c'est vraiment fastidieux ;-)

Je suis client de temps en temps depuis de nombreuses années et je dois simplement exprimer ma sincère gratitude. Au cours de toutes ces années, les commandes ont toujours été exécutées de manière professionnelle et rapide. Le personnel est toujours sympathique. Même les planches de coffrage sous la benne (pour protéger le sol) ont été soigneusement posées sur le côté lors du ramassage de la benne – où trouve-t-on cela ailleurs de nos jours ? Je recommande fortement Neuenschwander.

What happened to me today is outrageous! I took a small plastic serving stand, a plastic garden umbrella holder, and two small pieces of Styrofoam to the recycling center! I had to pay 10 francs for it! Next time, I'm just throwing everything in the woods.

We needed a skip for mixed demolition waste. The tricky part was that it had to be placed directly in front of an underground parking garage entrance. Neuenschwander AG adhered precisely to the short, agreed-upon timeframe. Everything went like clockwork. We would gladly work with this competent and reliable company again.

Disposing of and recycling is a good thing, and I do my part. In Neuenschwander, you can easily drop off what needs to be disposed of. Yesterday, I had to buy household plastic bags at the post office again so I could dispose of the plastic in my community (unfortunately, so much is still packaged in plastic). However, I was very surprised to discover that the price of the bags had increased by 20%! I find this price hike rather excessive. It's almost like a "penalty" for recycling. What a shame.
