Service client épouvantable. Ils vendent des chaussures de sécurité qui ne durent même pas six mois et toute demande de garantie est catégoriquement rejetée. Incroyable! Et Thomi en fait la publicité comme équipement de sécurité ! Non recommandé !

Very bad experience: If, after picking up company-issued shoes, they arrive a few days later and are already pinching badly, you will explicitly receive NO help here 😡 To find a solution, I returned the shoes, but THOMICO's solution was to send them back completely without any alterations or compensation 💩 If, on another occasion, a slightly more expensive shoe is worth a bit more than the company voucher, it is explicitly NOT permitted to pay the difference myself 😡 The office team overheard this problem, and they all professionally looked the other way 💩 I won't even pick up gifted shoes in Lotzbu anymore 😡
