Bad Experiences with Saldia – Unprofessional and Harmful to Business Unfortunately, based on my experience as a consultant for a company using the Saldia shop, I cannot recommend Saldia. Even the smallest inquiries are immediately billed, giving the impression that they are more interested in generating revenue from additional fees than in constructive collaboration. Furthermore, the communication from the staff is impolite. Emails are often brief and unfriendly, reinforcing the impression of disinterest and a lack of customer service. The technical shortcomings are also serious. Updates are rolled out without prior notice and frequently cause significant problems during operation. These sudden changes disrupt workflows and can lead to substantial revenue losses. This was particularly true during the transition from Saldia's old to its new shop system. Our company suffered massive drops in revenue, which have had a lasting negative impact on our business. Another point of criticism is the handling of data protection. There are serious concerns regarding data security and privacy. These deficiencies create considerable distrust of the platform. In addition, threats were made that are legally unfounded, but nonetheless create uncertainty and pressure. Overall, the negative aspects far outweigh the positive ones, and I cannot recommend Saldia for professional businesses.
