I've been a customer of this insurance company for a long time. Lately, I keep receiving letters from the police informing me that my license plate is being confiscated. The reason given is that Mobiliar terminated my policy without my knowledge. The justification is always that I haven't paid the bill. The problem is that I have more than one address... Mobiliar can't seem to manage that. This results in the automated e-billing payments no longer being sent, and I unknowingly fall into arrears. Most recently, this cost me over 300 Swiss francs in fees from the police. In my opinion, Mobiliar Meilen operates sloppily. Emails aren't even read completely, and mistakes are frequent. Therefore, I'm canceling my policy with this insurance company.

I received extremely friendly and prompt assistance both by phone and email, the claim was processed quickly, and the payment was transferred immediately.
