Ne croyez pas les heures d'ouverture publiées. Un samedi, 25 minutes avant la fermeture, ils refusaient déjà les gens. À 10 minutes de la fin, il n'y avait plus aucune file d'attente, mais ils ont quand même refoulé les gens. Le site Web doit être mis à jour si le personnel obéit à un horaire différent.

Toujours amical et extrêmement serviable, qu'il s'agisse d'aider avec du matériel encombrant ou de s'assurer que le matériel que les gens apportent arrive en toute sécurité au bon endroit. Le service client est tellement excellent que je pense que vous pourriez apprendre à beaucoup de magasins comment traiter avec les clients.

Expérience très positive avec Schneider Umweltservice (transport Mulde). Site intuitif, super simple et rapide pour commander un conteneur, chauffeur sympathique, retrait à temps et encore moins cher que les concurrents. Bravo!

It's a really convenient recycling place. Easy access, easy parking. The staff is always helpful and will lend a hand if you have something heavy or bulky. It would be nice if it was open a little longer on Saturdays, but otherwise it's fine.

Generally Schneider provides a great service. My one complaint is the opening hours, which are not very convenient for a household of employed people. Since they close at 5pm I can never go during the week, and have to do all the recycling at the weekend.
