Le copropriétaire, M. Gasser, est extrêmement hostile et agressif. Quand les choses ne se passent pas comme il le souhaite, il crie (c'est un adulte d'environ 80 ans !). Ce serait probablement mieux s'il prenait sa retraite.
Lors d'une remise d'appartement chez Gasser, Wepf & Partner, nous, en tant que locataires de longue durée, avons été témoins de ce que nous considérons comme un comportement limite de la part de M. Wepf. La communication était conflictuelle, impliquant parfois une proximité physique, ce que nous avons trouvé intimidant. Malgré un investissement important dans l'appartement, des exigences ont été formulées que nous ne pouvions pas comprendre. La situation était également visiblement irritante pour les tiers (association de défense des droits des locataires, entreprise de nettoyage). Le monsieur de l'association des propriétaires que M. Wepf a fait venir était apparemment amical et, malheureusement, tout sauf neutre. Nous recommandons aux locataires de solliciter un accompagnement professionnel lors des transferts avec cette société.
In our case, €600 was simply withheld from the security deposit for potential additional utility costs. Several times, more than six months after moving out, I tried to obtain a utility bill. I finally received a response stating that the company has up to five years to provide the utility bill! We lived in an apartment where we had the underfloor heating valves completely turned off and still had a temperature of 26 degrees Celsius even in winter, with the windows open. Unfortunately, the landlord wasn't interested in addressing this problem. Now we're still waiting for the utility bill, and I wouldn't be surprised if something else arrives. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to any landlords!
They fail to meet their own obligations for years (!), yet then threaten a family with small children with eviction because the garden "doesn't look like it did 12 years ago" and "the neighbors' (pensioners with no trees) garden is nicer." Highly unprofessional and morally indefensible.
