Schlagenhauf est officiellement présent sur notre chantier – reconnaissable à son conteneur. Mais en réalité, ils sont pratiquement invisibles. Au lieu d’une présence claire, d’un leadership ou d’un travail transparent, la seule question qui se pose à nous, locataires, est : que font-ils réellement ? Particulièrement critique : la collaboration avec SIS Baumanagement, dont l'approche se caractérise par des retards, du chaos et un manque de transparence. Quiconque s'engage avec de tels partenaires partage la responsabilité de la situation sur place. On aurait pu s’attendre à ce qu’une entreprise établie comme Schlagenhauf apporte professionnalisme et structure à un projet. Au lieu de cela, on a l’impression qu’ils fonctionnent simplement en arrière-plan, sans créer visiblement de solutions. Ma conclusion : Quiconque embauche Schlagenhauf doit se demander si une simple présence suffit ou s'il a besoin d'un partenaire qui agit réellement.

Je ne le recommanderais pas ! Non professionnel et pas axé sur le client ! De nombreuses entreprises externes NO-NAME engagées par Schlagenhauf finissent par venir chez vous pour effectuer les travaux ! Le travail est volontairement oublié, mais la facture reste élevée ! Pas comparable à Schlagenhauf il y a environ 20 ans...

The company no longer needs to accept customer orders. The estate administrator placed an order five times, and I personally wrote and called twice. This all happened within two months. No response. The company may already be in the hands of the estate administrator, so be careful. The order was passed on to another company, which contacted me within three hours. That's customer service.

Due to a change of tenants, repair work was necessary. The two young women (Sabrina Gruber and an apprentice) are very friendly, motivated, and reliable, and they worked cleanly and precisely. The same applies to the project manager who accepted the order on site. We have been customers of Schlagenhauf since 1987 and have always been very satisfied.
