Une déception parfaitement résolue. J'ai commandé une barre de harnais 991 pour mon 991, je voulais le faire sur piste avec un harnais. Je n'ai pas mentionné que c'était un cabriolet, ils n'ont pas mentionné qu'il ne rentrerait pas, donc la barre ne rentrait pas🥲, j'ai envoyé un mail à cette entreprise et de nombreuses entreprises ont pu en tirer des leçons. Sans rejeter la faute sur qui que ce soit, ils ont proposé 2 solutions en un seul arrêt et essayons de les adapter. Ce que j'ai trouvé très intelligent et aussi professionnel. Ou que je pourrais rendre le bar avec un remboursement intégral de l'argent. Comme j'habite à 3,5 ou 4 heures, j'ai choisi de le rendre. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme de cette entreprise sont de 10 sur 10 merci Schläppi

La transformation, y compris l'arceau de sécurité, les sièges, les harnais ainsi que la peinture intérieure et de la cage, a été réalisée à mon entière satisfaction. Mattias a préalablement noté mes souhaits et les a mis en œuvre avec précision. Le trajet un peu plus long pour le transfert en valait vraiment la peine. Un grand MERCI à toute l'équipe !
