J'ai oublié de laisser un avis sur le service incroyable que cette entreprise m'a fourni il y a 2 mois. Comme je suis étranger et que je suis en Suisse depuis un peu plus de trois mois maintenant, j'ai eu des difficultés à louer un appartement longue durée en Suisse. Mais Nadine Vonlanthen m'a aidé pour absolument tout, elle est très professionnelle et la qualité du service qu'elle a fourni était au top. J'étais très heureux lorsque j'ai reçu l'appel indiquant que la location de nos rêves était confirmée. Maintenant, mon mari, moi et nos chats vivons dans un appartement confortable et douillet. Je recommanderai cette entreprise à tout le monde !

Plusieurs amis nous avaient déjà prévenus qu'AS Immobilien était une société de gestion immobilière peu professionnelle. Malheureusement, nous pouvons désormais confirmer cette impression ; ils ont des pratiques commerciales très étranges. Bien que j'aie contacté AS Immobilien par email le soir de la mise en ligne de l'annonce, rien n'a fonctionné. Personne n'a répondu à mon email. Lorsque j'appelais le numéro indiqué, j'étais toujours transféré (il n'y a pas de numéro direct ; apparemment, ce serait trop efficace). La personne à qui j'ai parlé était déjà partie pour la journée et elle m'a proposé de me rappeler. Mais ils ne l’ont jamais fait, alors je les ai recontactés quelques jours plus tard. Cette fois-ci, le responsable m'a dit de vérifier auprès du locataire actuel (ce que la première personne au téléphone aurait facilement pu dire). Cependant, le locataire était à ce moment-là en vacances depuis deux semaines (hein ? Vous ne vérifiez pas avant ?) et m'a promis de me rappeler pour organiser une visite. Je n'ai jamais reçu d'appel, même pas d'AS Immobilien. Lorsque nous avons recommencé à chercher, on nous a dit que l'appartement était déjà loué. Le tout a duré un mois et nous avons dû les contacter nous-mêmes au moins quatre fois. Désolé pour mon langage, mais c'est un vrai désastre !!

An absolute disaster. We went to view a commercial space, and after a month of endless excuses about why the responsible person wasn't available, and countless requests for documents we'd already submitted, we finally got a call to the company and were told the person was already off for the weekend. We insisted that we'd been waiting for over a month and needed a response. We were then called back and told that our application couldn't be considered and that we'd find out why by email on Monday. Of course, that email never arrived! I would strongly advise management to fire such staff. This can only be detrimental to the business. This management company will never be an option for me again.

This is not what customer interest looks like. We wanted to view a property that had piqued our interest. Since the viewing was scheduled for a Friday afternoon and we were unavailable due to work, an alternative appointment was offered for the following Friday afternoon. As that day was also fully booked with our own appointments, we requested a different viewing time. The response was astonishing for a company that claims to be customer-oriented. "We cannot offer an alternative date, and the property would certainly attract enough interested parties on both dates, so there's a high probability that the property will be sold after those dates." I think there's significant room for improvement in customer management here. Even if there's no genuine interest in the customer, I would recommend a different method of communication.
