We were finally able to pick up our nearly two-year-old Touran today. We had actually driven to Zollikofen some time ago to buy a Viano. After some back and forth, it wasn't quite right for us. Shortly after, we saw the Touran in excellent condition on autoscout24 at Auto Manuel's. But going back to Zollikofen "just" to look at cars wasn't an option. Since the Argiz brothers made such a friendly, helpful, and competent impression on us from the start (plus measuring and sending pictures), we went with our gut feeling and bought the Touran (over the phone). Manuel Jr. delivered it to us, registered it in our name, and even took a C3 home with him – all in all, a great deal for both sides. That's how business should be!
