J'aime beaucoup cette chaîne de magasins. J'ai trouvé le personnel très sympathique à Münsingen. Mais... J'ai été déçu par le choix, qui est beaucoup plus large dans une grande ville. Je trouve que l'agencement du magasin est plutôt médiocre, et en plus, j'y suis allé pendant les soldes Green Days, annoncés sur l'application comme 50% de réduction sur la nouvelle collection d'automne, et j'avais l'impression de faire les soldes d'été parce que le choix était très maigre par rapport à ce que j'avais vu sur l'application.
La dame aux cheveux mi-longs et aux lunettes devrait enfin apprendre à accueillir les clients et arrêter d'utiliser son téléphone portable personnel sur le chargeur. C'est la deuxième fois à la caisse qu'elle manipule son téléphone au lieu de m'appeler. Et en plus, elle est antipathique. C'est dommage... En fait, j'aime bien Münsingen et le manager est toujours très gentil et formidable avec moi.
Unfortunately, we didn't notice that the store was almost closing time because we were engrossed in all the cool dresses. They didn't say that the store would be closing soon or anything else. As we walked to the checkout, the saleswoman said that if we wanted anything else, we should pay now in a very nasty tone, saying that she wanted to finish work on time and not stay any longer because of us. My mother then said that we shouldn't pay for the dresses and leave them there so that the lady didn't have to work overtime just for us. She then said that we were welcome to complain. In the end, the lady scanned the items and we paid for the dresses. We left the store at 6:33 p.m. If the nice lady hadn't made such a fuss, we definitely would have left on time without the 3 minutes of overtime. We're not coming back!
I did my shopping this morning and found a 50% discount coupon in my mailbox when I got home. 30 minutes after shopping, I called to request the discount be applied retroactively (one hour after I'd already made the purchase). However, Chicorée is being uncooperative and is essentially blaming customers. Very disappointed and not at all customer-friendly.
Good location, close to the train station and the main street. Good selection, but a bit confusing, in my opinion. The staff is friendly and helpful. Otherwise, the store is like the other branches. Prices are affordable for good fashion.
