Malheureusement, j'ai été déçu à plusieurs reprises lors de ma visite au magasin de vélos de Münsingen. Malgré plusieurs tentatives pour obtenir de l'aide, j'ai été refoulé à plusieurs reprises sous prétexte que ce n'était pas rentable pour le magasin. À mon avis, un représentant de marque devrait également assumer la responsabilité de s’occuper et de soutenir ses clients. Cette expérience a été très décevante et j'espère que le service s'améliorera à l'avenir.

I ordered a voucher from Bikestore Münsingen via email. I wanted to pay via Twint. When the PDF invoice was sent, I was given the wrong bank transfer number... The money was therefore sent to the wrong person. It was very difficult for me to request a refund. No apology or anything like that from Bikestore – poor!

I had a flat tire near the bike shop. They dismissed me with the statement, "I don't feel like changing the tire right now." I have a different idea of customer service. Very disappointing, especially when you read the philosophy on their website: We'll fix your broken chain, we'll true your bent rear wheel, and in an emergency, we'll even drop everything to lend a hand and help you out of a jam, even if the shop is already packed with work that needs to be done.
