Quelle compagnie désagréable. En plus des augmentations massives de prix, après six mois, ils ont ajouté des frais de location supplémentaires, juste comme ça, et maintenant c'est un énorme problème de récupérer la caution pour la bouteille. Plus jamais de Carbagas !
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm from South America, and the chaos at this company is even worse than in South America. You order products, they don't arrive on the agreed date, you request that the containers be picked up on a specific date, they aren't picked up, then they send invoices for container rental, which can be up to 30 days' worth. They send invoices every month for containers that were returned ages ago... and so on. This company doesn't even deserve one star...
Very poor customer service. The money from returned bottles isn't automatically refunded. It's simply held indefinitely. If you want your money, you have to send them an email first. However, you receive invoices for ordered bottles almost the same day, with a request to pay within 10 days.
Significant price increases for refills over the last two years. Now, a monthly fee is also charged if a bottle is used for more than six months. A rip-off for small customers.
