J'ai commandé le Müllex x-Line X55 chez un revendeur sans me rendre compte que certaines pièces ne conviendraient pas à ma cuisine L'équipe de A. & J. Stöckli AG n'a pas seulement répondu très rapidement et amicalement, elle a également remplacé la pièce non adaptée - gratuitement ! Quel dévouement impressionnant au service client.
J'ai essayé de commander un couvercle pour la poubelle biologique (BOXX 55/60-R Bio) pour un ami en Suisse. Je suis basé au Royaume-Uni. Andreas du service clientèle a non seulement répondu rapidement à ma demande, mais il s'est également chargé de la fourniture et de la livraison du couvercle gratuitement. C'est ce que j'appelle un excellent service !
L'interrupteur principal de notre gril de table (modèle 0028) a été endommagé pendant le transport. Je les ai contactés via WhatsApp : « Pourriez-vous m'envoyer un switch de remplacement et combien cela coûterait-il ? La réponse est arrivée en quelques minutes : « Bonjour, M. Kilchenmann, Nous regrettons que vous rencontriez des problèmes avec le commutateur et vous enverrons un remplacement gratuitement. Passez une bonne journée. Cordialement, A+J Stöckli AG, Andrea Marti." N'est-ce pas un service fantastique ?! Cela se voit : achetez des produits suisses, cela nous aide tous !
We bought the PizzaGrill four4 set four years ago and use it a lot, as we prepare raclette, pizza, and table grill all year round. We are extremely satisfied with the product. Unfortunately, one of the switches for the bottom heating element has now broken because the small plastic clips snapped. Just like the product, the service is excellent! I contacted them via WhatsApp with a photo of the broken switch, received a reply the very next day, and three business days later the replacement part (free of charge!) was in my mailbox. Thank you so much! -> Installed it and it's working again... P.S.: If you were to equip the four4 units with two rotary knobs (like the new 4, 6, and 8 models), I would place an order immediately ;-)
We bought the Stöckli for8 raclette/pizza grill about two years ago. What can I say? We're thrilled! We've never had such a good grill before. I highly recommend this product! Beautiful design, good heat, great coating, etc. Truly top-notch!
