NOT EASY at all. Super overprice, unprofessional and horrible service.
We had a wonderful, dream holiday in paradise with Easy-Reisen. Everything went smoothly and worked perfectly. The hotel description didn't overpromise. It was truly fantastic and unforgettable. Easy-Reisen's response times were always very quick and they were very customer-friendly. I will definitely travel with Easy-Reisen again. Thank you!
A decent travel agency, they respond quickly to questions and requests. I have no complaints. I'll be booking my next trip with them. This travel agency offers some rare places, like Sharm El Sheikh. They were the only ones selling the hotel I was looking for, so I give them a thumbs up for the rare places! I didn't see a single European face at this hotel, so I had a great vacation! The Siva Hotel in Sharm may be dilapidated, but the architecture is simply wow. I can't forget the impression I got from this architectural project—such light, flowing architecture. The hotel used to be a five-star, but it went bankrupt and was converted into a four-star. It's mostly Egyptians, a few Russian scumbags, and people from the CIS. It's perfect for those who like to wear tattered slippers and old shorts on vacation. From Sharm, you can take a yacht to the nature reserves; it's a great place for diving.
