This is a butcher shop. Never in 20 years have I been disappointed, be it with quality, expertise, or customer service. I went to Jaun's today to pick up Christmas dinner for a friend. I wasn't sure exactly what was included, and they forgot to include something. So I went back, and instead of just a simple apology, I was rudely told I should know what I ordered. I told my friend he should order from you next time; you're not treated so rudely there, and everything works perfectly. Merry Christmas and a big thank you to the whole team.

The review is a bit late, but I absolutely had to review such a fantastic service provider. What a wonderful wedding reception it was! The online selection was well-organized, the advice was excellent, and the individual reception categories were flexibly adapted. The prices were attractive, and the food was incredibly delicious. The reception was beautifully presented, and the staff was very welcoming and did a superb job. As the bride and groom, we didn't have to worry about anything regarding setting up tables, picking up/dropping off keys, etc. The catering service contacted the venue, Köniz Castle, directly and took care of everything for us.
