J'adore prendre le train Bipperlisi jusqu'à Langenthal ! Vous n'êtes certes pas très rapide, mais le trajet en train est très agréable. Malheureusement, j'ai eu une expérience très décevante au centre de voyages ASM à Niederbipp. Le personnel était extrêmement hostile et inutile. Mes questions ont reçu des réponses irritantes et sèches au lieu d'être véritablement aidées. Un tel comportement est totalement inacceptable dans le service client. J'espère que l'entreprise s'efforce d'améliorer la gentillesse de son personnel, car ce genre d'expérience ne permet certainement pas à un client de se sentir le bienvenu.

I have received excellent advice for decades. Opening hours 5:00 AM - 9:30 PM are very customer-oriented.
