- First, I set up the mobile phone with only the essentials! (As I actually expected you to do.) - Marianna Schär wasn't able to use her mobile phone until the last day of the course. (I told you beforehand to prepare everything so that the subscriptions would be active when the course started.) - Passwords were created and practiced so she could use them (part of the introductory process). - The agreed course content was: making calls/WhatsApp/taking photos/viewing pictures. But answering the phone (which we showed her) was all she could do. I went over these functions with you yesterday, and you couldn't do any of them. I am very dissatisfied with the result, and the course with you for those over 65 is not worth the price. Please reconsider this. I definitely cannot recommend you. I look forward to your response (in writing, please).
