Il y a quelques semaines, Movers Umzug s'est occupé du déménagement de tous nos meubles d'intérieur et d'extérieur ainsi que de dizaines de tableaux de notre ancien logement vers notre nouvelle maison. Les gars étaient incroyables ! Mehmet était le chef de l'équipe et il dirigeait soigneusement tout ce que l'équipe faisait. Il y avait six autres gars qui travaillaient ensemble de manière transparente et très efficace (Felmon, Arthur, Ali, Kawa, Mohammed et Yahisi). Au point d'origine, ils ont soigneusement enveloppé chaque pièce dans des couvertures et/ou du papier bulle et ont pris grand soin lors du chargement des camions. Une fois dans notre nouvelle maison, ils ont été tout aussi diligents à déballer, à réassembler si nécessaire et à placer tout là où nous le souhaitions (une très grande pièce ne rentrait pas dans l'escalier, ils ont donc réussi sans une égratignure à se lever et à passer par-dessus un haut balcon dans la galerie du deuxième étage). Particulièrement impressionnant (et pour lequel nous leur sommes très reconnaissants), ils ont non seulement pris grand soin de démonter et de remonter un rare buffet antique français des années 1880, mais ils ont également été méticuleux dans le démontage et le remontage de notre sauna infrarouge - ce n'est pas une mince affaire ! Ma femme et moi pouvons recommander de tout cœur et sans réserve Movers Umzug GmbH. Non seulement leurs prix étaient très compétitifs, mais ils ont également effectué leur travail de manière extrêmement professionnelle.
Super expérience et équipe adorable. Ils ont pris grand soin de tous mes biens. Aucune casse ou dommage subi. C'est la première fois que je déménage et toutes les marchandises sont livrées en parfait état. Surtout, très professionnel, serviable et travailleur. Ils ne s'arrêteront que lorsque le travail sera complètement terminé, même si cela implique de travailler jusque tard dans la nuit. Ce fut un réel plaisir de travailler avec l'équipe et de recevoir un excellent service. Je le recommande vivement !

On October 23rd, we had our two 3.5-room apartments moved by MOVERS Umzug GmbH. They also handled the disposal of unwanted items. The following day, the same company cleaned both apartments, and a representative was present for the handover inspections. The friendly initial consultation and the excellent value for money convinced us to choose this company immediately. The movers arrived on time, were very friendly, and efficient. The furniture was packed perfectly for transport, and everything went smoothly. Thanks to the professional cleaning the next day, both apartments were handed over without any issues. Top moving company! The move from Lyss to Kerzers went absolutely smoothly. Very professional, punctual, careful, and friendly. Everything was transported efficiently and with great care. Very pleasant and experienced staff. They started at 8:00 a.m. and by 4:00/5:00 p.m. everything was in the new apartment, including furniture assembly. Keep in mind that this was a move from one 4.5-room apartment to another 4.5-room apartment, using three loaded vehicles. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company!
I've had very good experiences with Movers. The communication beforehand was good and binding. The quote was adjusted very fairly for a mistake I made. On the day of the move, the three-person team arrived very punctually. Everything was explained transparently to me, and I was optimally relieved of stress. First, everything was inspected and discussed, and then we got started. Everything went very quickly, and my belongings were optimally protected with plastic wrap and blankets. Nothing was broken, nothing was missing. The team was very patient with some of the boxes I had packed very poorly. Even in the new apartment, the team was very flexible in responding to one or two problems and always remained friendly, prompt, careful, and professional. Particularly impressive - the team leader was able to estimate with his hands whether all my dressers would fit next to each other. I thought it was impossible, but it fit to the centimeter. I also had Movers clean my old apartment, and I can only say good things about it. It was quick and thorough. The key handover and the handover to the landlord went smoothly. After my previous move with another provider was a complete disaster, I was in excellent hands with Movers from the initial quote to the final handover. The price-performance ratio was more than fair, and in the end, I was completely satisfied.
