Firstly, the staff are unfamiliar with their own product range or can't even identify some of the product names, which are then only found after endless searching. Secondly, some products are significantly more expensive than those of the competition. When I contacted Jumbo's customer service to ask why a product cost 33% more than at a competitor, I received only a standard, copy-pasted answer. My more detailed inquiry went unanswered. It's a shame, the potential is there...
