I bought a snack here. I think the combination of Spar and a coffee is absolutely brilliant, and I went shopping after my coffee. The staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

SPAR has recently started using Advertima: The tool is supposedly for "research purposes." What SPAR isn't mentioning is that it tracks shoppers throughout their entire shopping trip, analyzes their body type, and identifies their gender, age, and purchasing behavior. This information is then used to display targeted advertising on a screen during the purchase. Advertima's explanation is ridiculous. Anyone familiar with Big Data and Smart Data will realize that much more is being done with this data! I will NEVER set foot in that store again!

This Spar is smaller than the ones I'm used to; it also has some items that aren't Spar products, like meat from a butcher, some frozen foods, etc. The cashier is nice. It's a bit small and cramped for me, but it's fine for a quick, normal shopping trip.
