J'ai commandé un nouveau moniteur chez YOULAP via Projekt Neptun. Le processus était simple. Comme il s'agit d'un nouveau type de moniteur, je dois attendre un peu avant qu'il n'arrive. Mais jusqu'à présent, tout semble ok.

J'ai commandé un ordinateur portable Lenovo chez Youlap. L'article était très bien décrit sur le site. Le processus de commande a été très simple. Il a été livré rapidement et tout est arrivé en parfait état ! Je commanderais à nouveau avec plaisir !
I found this company through an Instagram ad and was in for a surprise. And not a pleasant one… Be sure to read their terms and conditions. (especially https://shop.youlap.ch/return) No other shop I know of—and certainly no reputable one—has such unrealistic return policies (40% refund for cancellations BEFORE the item is shipped, only with a plea and approval from customer service…). On top of that, there are handling fees (20%, minimum CHF 80) for order changes, and so on… And the device hasn't even been delivered yet. If things are already starting like this, I wonder what it will be like if a warranty claim arises, etc. Customer goodwill is probably a foreign concept here; there will likely be fees. Quite audacious for a newer company that should be earning customer trust 😳
