Le déménagement des meubles s'est bien déroulé mais le travail a nécessité une heure supplémentaire, facturée 260 CHF. ok, car les règles étaient claires. Les déménageurs ont proposé d'emmener 2 objets dans un parc de recyclage. comme ils l'ont dit ; ce service ne coûtera pas cher - seulement 88 CHF, avec ce prix-là, j'en ai envie. au retour, ils ont demandé 600 CHF.

Ombragé et sommaire ; RESTEZ À L'ÉCART ! J'ai déménagé de Winterthour à Zurich et je suis tombé sur cette entreprise sur DeinDeal, ils sont arrivés avec 5 heures de retard, le déménagement s'est bien passé, sauf qu'ils ont gravement endommagé et cassé une de mes plantes d'intérieur, la plante coûte environ 900 CHF. Je leur ai immédiatement mentionné le problème, j'ai fait un suivi par courrier électronique, par téléphone et même mon avocat leur a écrit, sans jamais avoir de réponse de leur part ! De plus, ils voulaient que je paie en espèces ou via TWINT, m'ont facturé 300 chf supplémentaires pour une heure supplémentaire et 45 chf par personne pour leurs déjeuners... Ils n'ont pas fourni de contrat, entreprise très louche et sommaire ! RESTEZ À L'ÉCART !

J'ai également reçu un bon pour 3 heures de déménagement via DeinDeal. Comme je n'ai lu les critiques qu'après, je m'attendais au pire. Mais ils sont arrivés lundi à 8h00 à l'ancien appartement et ont terminé le déménagement un peu plus tôt sans aucun problème. Et ce malgré que certains de nos cartons aient été emballés à la dernière minute, ne soient pas parfaits, voire soient lâches, ce qui a donné un peu plus de travail aux déménageurs. Mais ils ont tout géré avec brio et ont été très rapides ! Ils n'enlèvent qu'une étoile car la communication manquait un peu au début concernant les confirmations de rendez-vous, les appels téléphoniques, etc.

Extremely disappointing! A disaster! I booked this company, which was called "Your Best Movers" back in April 2021, through Deindeal for my move. A fatal mistake! I was foolishly misled by the good Google reviews and the fair moving price of CHF 525. The moving company arrived 5 hours late, so instead of starting at 1:00 PM, they couldn't begin until 6:00 PM. I received no apology and simply had to accept it. Of course, I had taken the day off work. On the way to my new home, they even had to refuel their car! (I was charged for this time, of course, since I had booked the company for 3 hours). After the 16th minute of overtime, I was charged an additional CHF 260 for extra time and had to pay in cash.
