J'avais besoin d'un contrôle antiparasitaire et j'ai contacté le siège de l'entreprise. La femme m'a informé que le commercial responsable de ma région prendrait contact. Personne n'a appelé. Le lendemain (22 heures plus tard), j'ai demandé à nouveau quand le représentant me contacterait. Elle m'a dit qu'elle enverrait un autre e-mail au représentant commercial. Les commerciaux étaient censés contacter le client dans les 24 heures. Maintenant, 48 heures se sont écoulées et personne ne m'a contacté. Que puis-je dire ? Mon problème n’était-il pas assez important pour être ignoré ? Heureusement, il existe d'autres sociétés plus fiables.
