Le personnel est super sympathique et m'a vraiment aidé à obtenir les informations dont j'avais besoin pour qu'une entreprise supprime la mauvaise entrée de mon dossier. Les horaires d'ouverture sont clairs et les files d'attente sont minimes, vous n'attendez donc pas vraiment longtemps. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il faut payer comptant pour tout document sur place.

Je suis profondément choqué par le personnel pour la plupart sympathique, mais visiblement complètement dépassé. Mes demandes correctement soumises n'ont pas été traitées, même après plusieurs tentatives, mais simplement classées ! Cela ne peut tout simplement pas arriver ! Les personnes endettées sont déjà suffisamment punies et n’ont pas besoin d’une agence gouvernementale qui fait la sourde oreille, ne communique pas en interne, se barricade derrière des murs épais et ne parvient pas à prendre position. L'idée de porter plainte est là… Pourquoi tous les dossiers ne sont-ils pas traités par la même personne du début à la fin ? Il est impossible de s'y retrouver dans cette organisation – bureaucratie, oh !
It is regrettable that a star rating is mandatory, as a negative rating would better reflect reality. The way citizens are treated at this agency is unacceptable. Documents requested and submitted are torn up by the staff with the comment, "We're not interested." Emails go unanswered. Accounts are frozen for weeks without any apparent reason. Changes made by the creditor in favor of the debtor are not communicated. Repayments of overpayments are only made after several months.
It's a shame you can't give negative stars. The tone on the phone is completely inappropriate – rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I called them myself (without any debts or collection proceedings against me) and was appalled by how people are spoken to. The invoice is also extremely confusing and seems deliberately complicated. You have to add up the amounts yourself, and then add another 5% – completely incomprehensible, especially for people who aren't good at math. This is unfair and customer-unfriendly. Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. People shouldn't be treated like this.
One star is unfortunately too generous... The officials are unfriendly, condescending, and incompetent! My account was blocked because the clerks were unable to do their jobs. Instead of an apology and immediate compensation, I had to return an hour later to tell these incompetent bureaucrats once again that they NOW need to provide my bank with an explanation! Such mistakes are absolutely unacceptable, and the laziness of the employees appalls me time and time again.
