J'ai marché jusqu'au pied de cet énorme rocher où il faudra grimper et grimper un peu avec des barres d'acier attachées aux rochers, pour arriver à Matthorn. C'était plutôt difficile pour moi. J'ai attendu que les autres randonneurs voient ce qu'ils allaient faire, ils ont également abandonné. Certaines parties de cette randonnée étaient plutôt raides. Je dirais, assurez-vous d'avoir de meilleures chaussures et d'avoir le pied sûr

Sentier de randonnée de difficulté moyenne depuis Alpnachstad. Techniquement facile, cependant, une grande élévation peut s’avérer difficile si vous n’avez pas une bonne endurance. Les vues sont brillantes par temps clair. Tout le monde est très sympathique sur le chemin et vous obtenez de meilleures vues que sur le sommet très fréquenté. Toilettes à la base d'Alpnachstad.

It's a challenging and beautiful hiking trail. There is a big parking available in Alpnachstad , CHF5 a day. First the trail direct you through the forest, easy in the beginning with getting more difficult - lots of stones, roots, some parts of the trail are dirty and might be slippery, therefore, the hiking shoes are a must as well as plenty of drinking water. If you are tired when you have reached Aemsigen, you can jump on a train and go up or back down. The second half of the trail is not easy either and the final 40 mins are quite tough. Also, the hot weather will make it harder as you will be fully exposed to the sun. However, I would recommend it as it's very refreshing for the body and mind.

Great trail with some wonderful views along the way. Not too difficult or technical. There is a cute cheese fridge which sells cheese from the local cows via an honour system about half way up!
