Je leur ai récemment acheté une voiture. La voiture présente des problèmes que je n'ai pas résolus à temps pour que la garantie les couvre. Ils ont pris le temps de tout m'expliquer car je ne suis pas très compétent et m'ont proposé de m'aider pour la réparation. J'ai l'impression qu'ils sont le seul concessionnaire/garage automobile en qui je peux avoir confiance en Suisse. Merci encore. Je les recommande vivement.

AUTORAIN AG is a professional, safe place to buy second hand car. The sales service is on a really high level, the whole buying process goes very smooth and fast. I have bought a nice car, but it had some park scartches on the rims and on the back bumper. I got a promise, that if I give them couple of days, they will correct these parts, and the car will be nice. In fact, I got the car not in nice, but in Excellent condition, I was and I am really happy about it! If you plan to buy from them, I can only recommend, you can trust them, promises will be kept. When I need to buy car the next time, I will definitely check their stock, would be nice to make deal with them again.
I bought here my first car in Switzerland after I moved in. I was a bit lost and unfaithful after reading different articles describing how complicated and expensive the process is. My interest in this place was strictly dictated by opinions on google and autoscout24. From my perspective the high rating tells no lie. I was assisted by Edi and the process was super smooth and pleasant. I was allowed look around and to test drive the car alone. Edi did fresh MFK for me and passed the keys together with new vignette and full tank - nice! I did not rush however to give my rating until I drove a couple of thousands of kilometers with the car and had done post purchase independent car screening. As they say here the car is “tip top” and with all my heart I recommend buying a car at this place. Edi - thank you.
