Incompetent and no support Selon Zefix, Athomtech GmbH est située dans ce centre d'affaires. We already had problems after the installation of the security cameras and alarm system, which cost us a considerable amount of money. Even then, explanations and support regarding operation and technical questions were unsatisfactory. Since then, we have been requesting that at least what was installed functions properly. So far, no service or appointment for an inspection has ever been offered. I am very disappointed with Athomtech GmbH. They are completely incompetent and provide absolutely no support for any questions. My inquiries were ignored or delayed for months. Il semble que le service client n'existe pas ici.
