J'ai contacté Portner Systems par téléphone aujourd'hui et j'ai été agréablement surpris par la rapidité avec laquelle j'ai réussi. Pas d'attente, pas de transfert. J'ai immédiatement eu un interlocuteur compétent au téléphone. Le contact a été exceptionnellement amical, courtois et professionnel. On voit tout de suite qu’ils travaillent de manière structurée et prennent leurs clients au sérieux. Même la première conversation a fait une très bonne impression. Communication claire, ton agréable et approche orientée solutions. Merci pour les conseils amicaux par téléphone ; c'est exactement comme ça que ça devrait être.

Mr. Portner took two hours to figure out, with a Salt Fiber Box working perfectly, that my two repeaters weren't functioning optimally. At the second appointment, he spent 1 hour and 45 minutes installing the two Netgear EX6110 repeaters he recommended, only to then determine that a third one was needed for the living room. He charged €145.20 for the two repeaters (Digitec €53.80). I had accepted this beforehand because I'm completely clueless about this stuff. Now I have to pay almost €600 in total and take care of the rest myself, or it will get even more expensive. This doesn't seem right to me. But it is to Mr. Portner. He wouldn't budge and thinks his price is correct. I also found him very taciturn and he didn't explain anything; you have to ask about everything. I think it's far too expensive for what he did and feel exploited because I'm not knowledgeable about this. But hey, you make the most money off the gullible. Definitely not recommended.
