Je voulais acheter une machine d'occasion. Ils ont fait beaucoup d'efforts pour prendre plus de photos, m'ont mis en contact avec des gens qui connaissent l'anglais. Ils m'ont dit dans quel état se trouve la machine "n'est pas en meilleur état", envoyez-moi toutes les photos de choses qui ne vont pas, et ce n'est pas quelque chose de très cher. Je ne l'ai pas acheté, nous ne sommes peut-être pas d'accord sur le prix ! Ils sont honnêtes et ce n'est pas facile à trouver de nos jours. Ils ont de très bons employés qui se soucient des clients. Continuez votre bon travail. Ainsi, les gens comme moi garderont un bon souvenir de vous et de votre entreprise, même si nous n'avons pas fait d'affaires. Merci pour vos services et votre temps.

I have a weather station that could actually work well – if it weren't for the incompetent support. Initially, it was delivered without a solar panel. When one was subsequently sent, the installation instructions for the solar panel were unfortunately incorrect. So, after a year, I had to open the casing again, but unfortunately, the plastic had already become so brittle that the screw sockets broke off. Furthermore, support failed to mention that the reset button is located directly on the circuit board, which necessitated opening the casing yet again. To top it all off: I was expected to pay for the new battery myself!
