Je suis très insatisfait. J'ai commandé deux clés. Ils sont arrivés très rapidement. Les clés ne fonctionnent que d'un seul côté, dans la serrure du sous-sol. Je les ai renvoyés et ils les ont vérifiés. Ils m'ont été renvoyés avec la mention "ils ont été fabriqués selon les spécifications en vigueur". Je devrais lubrifier la serrure. Si cela ne résout pas le problème, remplacez-le. Excellente idée commerciale, livrer de la merde puis vendre une nouvelle serrure. Excellent service client. Merci.
Super hôtel : Si vous parlez allemand, appuyez sur 1... Si vous êtes urbaniste ou architecte, appuyez sur 3... Si vous faites cela, il sonne une fois et vous déconnecte. Essayé trois fois, trois fois le même résultat...
I'm very satisfied. I've been using several door sealing systems for about 18 months. One of them needed a replacement part. Great company. However, some of the production staff are deceitful, and as soon as the department heads aren't around, they work unethically. As they say, when the cat's away, the mice will play. It's a shame; employees like that can also negatively impact the product quality.
Hello everyone. I live in a housing cooperative and am responsible for the technical aspects. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the door closer. The pin on the lock on the front door, which is unlocked from the apartment, breaks very frequently. Why do they use a cast part instead of a steel pin? The entire lock has to be replaced every time, which is expensive. The fact that the manufacturer cannot be reached by phone is very unfriendly to me. Ultimately, manufacturers benefit from such feedback to optimize their products. I hope I can contribute something to solving the problem.
