Personnel de bureau très antipathique. On m'a facturé 124 € pour une baignoire en acier, une armoire à glace et des débris de construction, tous classés comme déchets combustibles. Cela ressemble à une arnaque... Plus jamais ça.

Malheureusement, très décevant. Malgré des accords clairs, les conditions n’ont pas été respectées. Les questions de suivi ou les tentatives visant à trouver une solution au niveau humain ont été ignorées. Aucune concession, aucune responsabilité – seulement des excuses. Ce n’est pas ainsi que j’imagine un partenariat coopératif. Il est dommage qu'une relation commerciale qui s'est développée au fil des années doive se terminer ainsi. Mühle n’en a probablement plus besoin.

A very modern and, above all, clean recycling center. An employee came immediately and kindly explained the costs, etc. I think the parking concept is brilliant, and the recycling stations are a real highlight for the kids, helping them learn proper waste disposal from an early age. As long as we live in this area, we'll only use your recycling center! And all the employees are so friendly, humorous, and motivated! Keep up the good work, and see you next time!
