J'ai visité pendant l'été et David qui m'a aidé C'était incroyable ! J'ai loué des skis pour une matinée sur glacier et c'étaient d'excellents skis et j'ai loué un VTT électrique - Trek - également incroyable. Il ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour rendre fantastiques toutes mes aventures à Zermatt hors saison. Cartes… itinéraires… conseils… excellent équipement. C'était le magasin en face de la gare et de l'office de tourisme. Je suis de retour en hiver pour un court voyage et je viendrai certainement vous dire "bonjour".

Nous louons toujours nos skis chez Bayard à Sunnegga : c'est tout simplement le début le plus simple d'une journée de ski. L’équipement est excellent et tout fonctionne efficacement, même lorsqu’il y a beaucoup de monde. Claudio prend grand soin de nous à chaque fois. Il se souvient de nos préférences, s'assure que tout s'intègre parfaitement et gère tout avec un professionnalisme serein. Cette touche personnelle est la raison pour laquelle nous revenons sans cesse. Fortement recommandé pour skier à Zermatt !

Service incroyable de David! Ce que fait Dave semble magique. Il a parfaitement ajusté mes chaussures de ski et sait clairement exactement ce qu'il fait. Très professionnel, de bons conseils et une attention aux détails. Grâce à lui, mes bottes me vont parfaitement maintenant. Je recommande vivement David, il est à 100% la personne à voir pour l'ajustement des bottes ou l'ajustement des bottes existantes.

Claudio at the Sunnegga shop was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. He helped me over the phone weeks before my arrival and during our week stay in Zermatt. Mikkel was also super helpful getting us fitted in our boots. Superb operation. They made our ski trip easy. I would give them more stars if I could. Thanks gentlemen, you ROCK! The team over at the bigger store were also helpful and kind. My kids rented snow boarding gear from them. Denis was great at getting them outfitted and on their way. Much appreciation from us.

Wanted to buy some unique ski clothes and Bayard has the exclusive for The Mountain Studio, a very cool supplier of high end quality ski clothing. It’s already “end of season” So not all styles and colours are available, however with the help of David I found what I was looking for in my size and I ended up with an outstanding ski jacket and all Mountain Studio stuff is 25% off. David is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the shopping fun.
