Spontaneous help just before closing time – simply fantastic! A colleague and I spontaneously stopped by E.H. Velo on Friday, just before closing time, because of a flat tire, and we were more than pleasantly surprised! Despite the late hour, the team took care of my bike immediately. Without an appointment and without any waiting, the tire was repaired quickly and professionally. Such service is truly exceptional – friendly, competent, and efficient! Thank you again for the quick and uncomplicated help. If I ever have another problem with my bike (which I certainly hope I won't), I will definitely come back. I can absolutely recommend this shop!
