Terrible expérience il y a quelques années. - J'ai promis un ascenseur et je ne l'ai pas apporté - J'ai laissé les cartons dans un tel désordre qu'il a fallu une éternité pour les ranger - laissé au sous-sol de nombreux cartons appartenant au 3ème étage (enfin c'est difficile quand on n'apporte pas l'ascenseur sur lequel on s'est inscrit). - Nettoyage épouvantable, peut-être 2-3 heures de travail

From the slightly grammatically incorrect quote (don't let that put you off or worry!), through the order confirmation, the move itself, and the final handover of the apartment after cleaning, everything went wonderfully. A few pieces of furniture did have some minor dents upon closer inspection, but that probably would have happened to us anyway. The four men were very friendly, motivated, and did a fantastic job. The cleaning had to be top-notch, as a building inspector had to inspect the apartment! The price/performance ratio is excellent, and I would definitely hire Roschumzug again.

Are all the reviews real? Here's a real one. Mr. Hassan and his team did a reliable job. They were on time, efficient, and the price/performance ratio was truly excellent.
