J'étais là pour découvrir Cannondale, il s'avère que vous devez vous engager à acheter avant d'essayer. Le vendeur n’était même pas intéressé à vendre. J'ai posé une question comme quelle est la différence entre les modèles et la réponse était un mot « équipement », sans plus de détails. Il se peut qu'il faille être d'un certain type ou d'une certaine couleur pour obtenir un service approprié.

Rudest shopkeeper? By the way... Bad advertising for Cannondale I could tell two or three stories, but this is the most recent one... I wanted to order a bolt set for my 2022 Jekyll. He said he needed the bike? Me: Why? Depends on the year... Me: I'm sure it doesn't matter. He: I've had bad experiences, what if it doesn't fit? Me: I'll pay anyway and keep the bolt. HE: Better not, what if the bolt isn't included? Me: Then order the complete frame set. It's urgent for me. ... He: No... Me: I'm happy to pay in advance! No, I won't do that. So, even though I was also interested in the Topston, I left the store. I called Bauer Sport in Zurich, which is much farther away, and sent a photo of the instructions where the bolt is shown. I was able to stop by that afternoon and pick it up. I also got new grips and a shirt. Plus another spare part order. Sales of CHF 400 and a new regular customer. All from a motivated store employee. They must have a great manager! I'll never set foot in Pedro's again. This is purely because of his manners and his arrogance.
